bantams- OEG vs Wyandotte vs Ameraucana

I currently have OEGs. What is the size difference between these and the Wyandottes and the Ameraucanas? What is the temperment of these breeds? Broodiness? Are they good mothers? Good foragers?

I love the coloring on the Blue Laced Red Wyandottes and I really like the muffs and beards on the ameraucanas. Is there any lacing patterns in the Ameraucana breed? If I was going to try to get the BLR color in the Ameraucanas, would it work to get a couple of BLRW hens and breed them to a blue Ameraucana? Would just a blue be better or a blue Wheaten?

I have had OEGB and the Wyandottes...OEGb are much smaller...My breeding cages easily held trios of OEGB but even pairs of the others seemed cramped

When you say much smaller, would you say half the size or not that much. Maybe two thirds the size?
