Bantams!!! Please Help Identify!!!! Update 8/18/11

II got 25 assorted bantams and three silkies! I will post pictures to see if what i think they are matches what everyone else thinks!!! All comments greatly appreciated as i am not fully aware if I have correctly guessed what they are?!?!?!

Group Shot - Does not include everybody but there are a few in this picture i did not get to post individual pictures of yet!

Chick 1 - clean legged Easter Egger

Chick 2 - feather legged Black Cochin x2

Chick 3 - clean legged White Japanese

Chick 4 - feather legged Blue or Splash Cochin x2

Chick 5 - feather legged Buff Cochin x4

Chick 6 - clean legged OEGB????

Chick 7 - clean legged Mottled Japanese x2

Chick 8 - feather legged single comb Brahma??? x2 unknown breed

Chick 9 - clean legged OEGB Silver or Gold Duckwing x3

Chick 10 - feather legged Partridge Cochin x 3

Chick 11 - was a Golden Seabright but unfortunatley he passed from the extreme heat we are facing in Southern Oklahoma :'( I have a few pictures from the first day I got them, I can post one if anyone wants to see.

Chick 12 - feather legged D'Uccle????

You Red Pyle OEGB is not a Red Pyle. Red Pyles are white at hatch. Hard to tell from the angle of the picture what it is, but doesn't look white. Their color does not start to come in until they are much older. I sold mine when they were 2-3 months old and they still barely had any light beigey orange coming in.

Sorry,I don't know near what others do here but I think Brahma's have a pea comb.

I know it is very hard to ID because there are so many factors.

I try to think comb type as well as feather legs,muffs,beards,color...I wish I could tell you more but although I love bantams I don't have any and they are a different ballgame for me.

Maybe you can get more help when you post new pics.
