Bantan -- what breed & what gender is (s)he??

Good morning! I'm new to raising chickens & live in a town that allows up to 4 backyard chickens but no roosters (as is most towns/cities). This is our banty. What breed is it? And boy or girl? (just heard 2 crows from the coop....not sure who it came from, but I'm suspicious of this one)

What color are the legs? Are the feathered? I'm pretty sure it's cockerel, by the curled tail feathers, but I'm not sure. It could be a mixed bantam breed. Where'd you get it?

looks like a bantum easter egger rooster it has the tale tale red
patches on shoulders looks like a beard also

Could be a Brown Red Ameraucana Bantam, if the legs aren't feathered and are grey in color.

Many thanks for the replies! Sad to get rid of this little guy - he's spunky! My son named him "Lamar Peckme" as a chick....guess the name fits. And here's a shot of his legs -- yellow for sure.

And because I think my other chickens have pretty cute backsides - a gratuitous 'booty shot'
