These guys are about a month old. They are just a little bigger than my 2 week old buff orpingtons that they share a brooder with.

This one is tall and is heavier than he looks and certainly heavier than the other banty.

I think this one is possibly a golden sebright.

I know they are pretty young, but any hint on gender?

BTW, the buff orpingtons are the sweetest, cutest, softest thing ever!!!

I think you are right on the sebright. Does the other one have feathers on it's legs? Maybe a bantam light brahma?

LOL, the light brahma I was hoping would be a roo because I don't really want to keep bantams but I also did not want to get just one. The golden sebright, my son really wants to keep, but if it's a roo it will need to be rehomed.

If you had a clear view of the golden sebright's head ... is the comb pointy or kinda flat and bumpy? It looks A LOT like my 3 silver sebright pullets. But the pic is a bit fuzzy and I can be certain if it's the same.

Looks kinda pullet to me

Let's hope I'm wrong and your son will get to keep his pet

Because on second thought, it's legs ARE pretty small like a hen's.
