Banty rooster... Cochin, silky or something else?

So we got this guy as a chick with several others and were told he was A) a female and B) a silky. This is what he ended up being. I think he might be a bantam white cochin, but I'm not sure. What do you think? We live in a suburb, and we can't have roosters and he crows all the time. We are going to have to give him away and I would like to be able to tell people what he is LOL.
