Can anyone tell me if this is worms or something else. The feathers rissing all around the vent

Please someone help. Could she be egg boumd? She is eating pooping and drinking. Doesmt seem lathargic. There is an egg i can feel it just beneath vent. I got her 2 days ago and she hasnt laid an egg yet.
