Thanks for the advice. Since my initial post I have kept a close eye on her. Still no signs of pecking. But who knows when I am not watching. Her bare spot looks much better and she is much less preoccupied with it. She has a "sister" that is at least 2 x larger than her, which strikes me as odd? But she eats well and other than that bare spot, is in great shape.
