Bare spot on wing

One of our chickens has a bare spot on her wing (pic). She has been this way for about 3 weeks and it hasnt got any better. Any ideas on what it is? What to do? Thanks!

It may not fill in unil the next molt. It looks like she had some sort of accident, like scraping a fence wire or something, that either didn't cause a wound or the wound has healed now.
