Barely 3 weeks old

Got some baby chicks that are barely three weeks old and seem to have a ton of their feathers already. Not use to having chicks so this is all new to me. Do they look older then they are? I did get them from TSC...

They still need the heat lamp at 80-85 degree brooder temp?

Looks closer to the 4 week mark to me.

By this point the temperature in the hottest part of brooder should be dropped to 80 or lower.
