I just purchased 4 Barnevelders from a local breeder here. Poultrybylinda.com. i have 2 double laced blue and 2 double laced black. Parents are gorgeous. I am so excited to get to know this breed!

thanks! These guys here are full siblings, I want the babies to look like that their dad looked like that as a chick and I thought we'd keep him around and see about that and a lot of other reasons too but it worked out well. They're really sweet too! I'm hoping at least a few are pullets!!

I see what I guess is 1 roo and 2 pullets there! Can't see the chests of the other ones tho.
