Barnevelder? What type of comb is this?

Hi,
I have a 6 week old Barnevelder chick and as far as I have read he should have a single comb and I can't find out what type of comb this is. I am confused as to what is going on with his comb. I bought him from a breeder and viewed the chickens and roosters before buying

Looks like he's got a split comb, like a single comb mixed with a rose comb. Some breeds of chooks that are supposed to be single comb occasionally throw rosecombs, but he looks like he got stuck in the middle of the two, lol. Definitely not according to breed standard as far as I know. You couldn't pass him off as either single comb or rose comb.

I breed mongrels and there is no limit it seems to the amount of different comb types and mutations you can get. He's got a rather tidy variation there, should look quite interesting when he grows up.

He is a mixed breed. His head doesn't have a barnevelder look either.
