Have too many eggs I have 4 dozen in the fridge 3 dozen in the incubator and two dozen just gathered today in the garage waiting for someone to incubate. We have two beautiful calm roos ones a Black Copper Marans with feathered shanks and other rooster is an EE. both are in with a mixed flock of pure bred; black copper hen, bO, white barred rock, barred rocks, buff brahma, rir, leghorn, golden sex linked, a bcm/ee mix a woopsy hen from a bcm breeder. in all 14 hens 2 roos been getting between 15 to 18 fertile eggs for every 20 eggs. been getting beautiful dark brown egg layers and olive speckled eggers from this group.
you will get for sure two bcm eggs 50 50 shot of being pure breds the last two hatches hers were purebred.
