Barrard Rocks... Roos or Pullets???

I was told these two were Pullets but I'm not sure... What do you think and how sure are you... And one has different colored legs... Does this look like a full barred rock or a cross???... Thanks

I agree with the others. He looks more whitish...plus there's a lot of red in that comb and facial area...my female had some blackish color on the front of her legs like #1...
