I like wine, but I've never had any of those things you're talking about. They are a mystery to me. But then, I don't like sweet wines at all, so perhaps they fall in that category.

Growing up in a BIG Italian family, we were more than "initiated" on Lambrusco ... we were practically bottle-fed the stuff. Finally being invited to join the "adults" in a glass of much drier Chianti was a rite of passage!
