Barred Rock and combs? (edited to add more pictures)

As someone else mentioned, single combed birds will develop combs much faster than pea combed (EE) or rosecombed (SLW), so I wouldn't go on comb size and say that you have a bunch of roos. I would keep an eye on that #7 with so much more development than the others, but even with such a noticeable comb that doesn't necessarily mean boy. My leghorn's comb was about that big at 10 days, and she is most definitely a she. And even if it turns out that #7 is a rooster and not a pullet, 1 out of 10 isn't unreasonable given that vent sexing is only about 90% accurate.

Thanks everyone. Even if I do end up with one more roo it won't be that bad. It would actually work out pretty well if one of them were a roo. And thanks for reassuring me that my girls are girls!

i only see one roo. and to answer your coloring question: the dots on their heads signify their gender. a more circular and symmetrical dot means female, and splotchy bits of white mean male. the females tend to have darker legs also (like a brown wash down the front), but this is a not as accurate way to sex than by the dots.

as for feathering out, the females with be black with white, and the males, white with black.. if that makes sense, lol.
the males will have a lot more white barring, is what i mean,
and the females will have more black.
