So I have a question for anyone very familiar with this breed. I have two PBR bantams and two standard sized pullets. The bantams came to me straight run and comparing them together I thought they were both hens- both have blackwash feet, single barring... but compared to the standards they have more white and therefore it would look like they would be male just for that single characteristic... anyone have cockerels with darkwash feet? Anyone have pullets with more white?

I wouldn't compare the barring between the two.
The barring pattern can vary greatly. If you look at LF BRs compare a hatchery bird to a show bird and you'll see what I'm staying.
Hatchery birds are bred to be barred. Show lines are breed for perfect barring.
In my experience with bantam BRs a lot more are bred towards showing while most LF BRs aren't.
That might be the difference you're seeing.

Agreed. My roommate has a trio of Bantam Barred Rocks and the little cockerel has very crisp little bars. One of the hens has well-defined barring and the other is decent.
