Barred rock comb

I got two barred rocks labeled pullets and im just wondering can the comb big bigger and still be a pullet bc ones comb is a slight bit bigger than the other. There only 2 1/2 weeks old.

When I got them there was a size diffence to one was way smaller. Second one is the bigger one.

They have such dark legs though lol might have to wait another week to be for sure.

It's a pullet. Boys feather in with more white, like this:
