Barred Rock --droopy and lethargic

This has happened pretty quickly. My barred rock hen spent the night on the perch in the nesting area...shortly after I went out to feed everybody, she left that area and is now standing with her head completely drooped, almost to the ground, eyes closed.

Probed gently--not egg bound. Did she get bit, ate something--what can I do for her? Throat looks clear...breathing normally. She is 3.5 years old.

Sorry you are dealing with this also, I've posted for the past few days almost the same thing with my BR's, I think one of mine has a sour crop or something, we have had her indoors for 3 days now and she will go to the vet today, she won't eat and just stand there. Check my post here and see if she has the same syptoms and maybe someone will help us both out?
