Barred Rock Gender

this is one of our barred rocks (image that's close up) and we are wondering if it is going to be a rooster or not. the others have smaller combs and wattles with fainter colors. All of our chickens are the same age, about 16 weeks old.
here is a pic of one of our others for comparison (pic of entire chicken)

We can't see the photos. I have attached a photo of our young barred hens. They were hens. Best way to tell is by looking at the development of the wattles. They were normally the first easy to spot sign for us.

I would say Pullet! Likely she is getting ready to start laying or has already considering the bright red.
