barred rock hen or rooster? saddle and profile pictures included

Definatley hen!!

Also, on barred rocks, you can tell the difference by their legs....hens have black front's on their feet, roos are regular yellow all the way around..
 
The black wash on the legs is not always correct. Sometimes the females have no black on their legs, and sometimes males have black on their legs. Especially seen in production stock and black sex-link males.
 
Thats a pullet, not a Roo. Her comb may be big, but sometimes they are. Her feathers are darker than a roosters and her saddle feathers are rounded and dont hang down like drapes. If she were a he, the sickle feathers would be showing, though small, and spur development would be starting.
