Thanks for the reply. How do I apply the Neosporin on her eye?

I checked her again today, and her eye is closed again. =(

I decided to check some of my other hens, and I noticed that for one hen, one of her pupils is much much much smaller than the others. Her other eye looks regular. I don't know if there's any connection, but I'm worried...

For the eye ointment, the safest way would be to put a dab on a clean finger or a QTip and pull the lower lid down and apply it. Sometimes its just get it in the best way you can with a chicken LOL. Having an extra pair of hands holding her might help. Pupils may change with the amount of light on that side of their head.
