Barred Rock Hen with swollen circle around wing bone exposure HELP!

I got a VERY good shot of the wound and sac, my finger is next to the sac. Now I'm 15 years old so you can get a good idea how big the two are compared to my finger.

Oh and the bone is practically non-existent now as all that stuff is around and covering it, if I took off the scab you still wouldn't see the bone as theres nothing but red muscle. Thats why I said the bone BARELY popped out but was still exposed to air.

I've just finished reapplying the glob of neosporin.

Everything looks really good! I'm not sure what that lump is, but I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep an eye on it to see if it changes. Keep globbing on the Neosporin--you're going great! Maybe you ought to be a nurse, too! ;-)
