Barred Rock Hen with swollen circle around wing bone exposure HELP!

Hello I have a similar wound on my hen. It happened about 5 days ago. I have been cleaning with peroxide and using Neosporin regularly as to the wet look in the photo. She has been eating and I am keeping her separated in a box inside. This is my first go with a chicken injury as I only started raising hens 5 months ago. Any information to help me is greatly appreciated. Is this an injury that can heal with an exposed bone? Thanks in advance!

Its a little hard to tell what it is I'm looking at, can you get me some more pictures? Pictures showing the entire chicken with the wound showing at the same time, and pictures from different angles.
