Barred rock hens and their combs

Sorry I had to google POL. So it is possible Liza the one with a larger comb is just maturing faster to lay them Judy who might just be a slower to mature?
No I think Judy is a dominique.

Wow you might be right... are dominiques overall smaller birds then barred rocks? Because Judy is just smaller then Liza and she doesn’t have the same appetite but she’s bossy to Liza it’s so strange.
I'm not sure if on average they are smaller, but I have two buff brahmas, typically enormous breeds, and one hen is more standard size where the other is nearly double the first one's weight. So even within the same breeds you can have size variations, it seems. They are both the same age, which is four.

Dominiques are supposed to have rose combs.
Barred Rocks have single combs.
When I zoom in on the photos in post #1 and post #5, I am sure that all three birds have single combs. So probably not Dominique.

I think they are both Barred Rocks, and one is closer to laying eggs than the other. It perfectly explains why one has a large, red single comb, while the other has a small, pale single comb.

Do you have any pictures close up of the second hens comb? That should confirm if she’s a barred rock or Dominique. BR have a single comb while doms have a rose comb.
She likes to get too close to the camera but here are some up close photos
