I think Ethel is your roo - the comb and wattle are too large for a pullet, and it looks like the saddle feathers have pointy ends. I had a couple of Copper Marans last year, and the pullets didn't look that mature at Ethel's age.

My opinion, anyway!

I realize I will be ignored/out voted but one of the silkies looks like the culprit. The one on right in the twins pic.. that tail doesn't look so pullety and it looks like some of feathers are starting to come out rough like on some silkie roosters.

At a glance Ethel looked like a normal pullet to me but the two red on lower neck gave me pause.. they look pointy tipped to me but still, at this age the rest of Ethel looks very pullet. Comb and wattles are still within the normal range for a pullet at that age. Also most BCM cockerels have more red, both on the face/comb and on feathers even at this age. For example here's a link to a BCM cockerel showing more typical color and feather for BC cockerel:

Any red on the wings or back will be automatic cockerel.. it is normal for pullets to have some red on neck...

haha! Sneaky Silkie. Good eye on noticing the Silkie was a roo. I couldn't see any difference but I know nothing about the breed.
