Barred Rock or Buff Orpington fertile eggs wanted for incubation

I have fair luck advertising on Craigslist. However I do get some trying illegal... But I still find it worthwhile. Lots of peoples have flocks and barred rock.

Thanks for your information. I hadn't considered Craig's List. How can one be sure that the eggs are not from a mixture of barred rock and some other type rooster?

There is nothing wrong in asking to see the flock. If this is impossible you have to take a chance.

I've taken a chance with buying off ebay; sometimes with good results and sometimes not.

cootertate I have two barred rock hens but my rooster is a Rhode Island Red. That mix will produce Black Sex-Link which are excelent egg layers and meat birds. I have hatching eggs available. I'm in Summit, MS 4 to 5 days a week.

Thank you very much for offering, but I gave up and ordered Barred Rock chicks and received them yesterday.
