Barred rock or cuckoo maran?

    The girl i bought these from originally told me barred rock, but then a few weeks later e-mailed me saying cuckoo maran...?

    Looks like white legs. Probably Marans.

    They are definitely NOT BR's. They do appear to be Marans.

    They do look alot like my Gerty who is Cuckoo Maran!!!!

    Here she is with Isobella her best friend - I call them the buzzards for good reason!!!!

    I vote Cuckoo Maran!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Oesdog - Oh yeah eggs My Gerty lays different colours anything from a lovely dark brown colour to a light brown the same as my PR???? I think it depends what she eats and what mood she is in!
