i have a 2 month old rooster, he was my free chick from murray mcmurray hatchery, and i first i thought he was a barred rock because he looked like my barred rock pullet, but as he was growing i noticed that their leg colors where different, his were pinkish/tan and hers were yellow. they both have a single comb and their feathers feel the same. i and planning on showing him at my local fair and i just wanted to know his breed so i don't say he is the wrong breed. any thing helps!
