Don't worry, Thelma looks like a pullet to me. Her comb is small and yellow and she is feathering out like a female.

yes, pullets are never that brightly colored, they are dull in color. if it is a pullet it is a mix breedd. the other in the pic is a black sex link...check out my sexing article

hopefully i am wrong and she is just one of those cases were things are backwards and it is indeed a she so you do not have to part with it.
