This is Sydney. She hatched her first eggs today! Two chicks out of 3 eggs so far. She is only 9 months old.

I have 4 5 week Barred Rocks. They are named Janis Joplin, Joan Jett, Annie Lennox, and Aero (Aerosmith). Aero had an arrow marking on her head. I think they are all pullets...

not the greatest picture but this is Mama. She's 2 years old and feisty as anything. Out of 40 chickens she rules the roost.

This is Rocco, as it says in the picture. I was hoping for a boy but it looks like a girl now that she is 3 months. This was her at 2 1/2 months and she still has some fuzz in her back.

This is possibly a roo! Walks very upright and a more distinctive comb than my other one in the brooder. My other one is the flock leader, and the friendliest also. I was afraid she might be a he, but not compared to this one. Still adorable! 3+ weeks
