That has been our concern. He/she acts bolder than our other three chicks, stands up much straighter than the others (note: all four are different breeds though), and is a little bossy. Appreciate your input!!That's going to be a cockerel based on the barring. Not everyone is going to agree you can tell that young but when I had barred rocks the cockerels got clear straight stripes soon as their wing feathers came in and the pullets were more white scattered dots. You can check back in a couple weeks when a pink comb should start to develop.
About 3 weeks and just a few days old.
