Looks like a pullet to me, but she displays a more male feather pattern on her wings.

It's a pullet.
My Barred Rock pullet had a large headspot that faded into the back of her neck. I had 2 others, but they died a day after arrival.
Both females if mine had large headspots while my male had a headspot that was almost non existent.

Yes I do believe she is, she is 10 weeks old now and no sign of being a male so yes.
