Barred rock.... pullets or roos?

Thats what i thought.... they are all spotted but the males will go more around the head or down the neck?? And the females tend to be more distinct edges...?
What do you think of mine?

To young for me to say. It would be strictly a guess. Others may come along to tell you.

Any opinion on my chickies?

I'm leaning towards pullets because they're so dark but I'm not a real expert.

**ETA** I just looked at my pictures of my barred birds at about that age, they do lighten up as they feather out. This amateur says to wait a bit and see how they feather, combs, thickness of legs etc.
