That's what the sign read.
My girls are 13 days old and the wings and tails have grown rapidly on half.
Are there cockerels in the brooder? Or a different breed.
The first Pic is 7 days old. The rest are 13 days old.

At this point i would say they still could be pullets.
To early to tell for sure.
I sure hope so. My first chicks in 28 months.
My first were Golden Comets and I don't remember if their feather growth was so different.
Of course I would not have worried about a possible Roo with sex-links. GC
 
One thing I can see on a few are dark shanks. That can indicate pullet, though not fool proof. In a few weeks the cockerels will begin to look lighter in color, if you have any. You would probably start to notice more red in the comb as well.
 
I've never had luck with sexing using the head spot. I've had chicks with small defined spots and those with large spots that went well down into the neck. Luckily, they've all been pullets.
