Barred Rock Roo? 6 - 8 weeks

JodyJoe yours is a pullet? That looks more like mine but I was told when I got him it was a black sex-link and the hen looks just like one(I bought 2). She's black with the brown chest. Could he have accidentally sold me the wrong one?

100% Roo...... Looks like how ours was, and how 1 of our 2 BR chicks look now........ Hope he has a good character as our roo is mean. Good luck!

Mine had the black dot on the head, the way black sex-links are sexed. So mine is a roo, and his comb is really developing and hes already hopping on all the other babies, very feisty!

So far he's being picked on by the gals. But he is only 10 weeks old. He sometimes jumpes in the air at them and then runs away if they come after him. Starting to stick up for himself?
