barred rock roo and yellow/cream colored chicks

finaly got back online ..here are some pics of the new chicks the whole family first.... then the black checked one ..the dark brown redish one and the black and white/ cream colored one and the two buffs one BO is raising the one buff chick the other 4 chicks are the other BO any guesses what they may be ..black feet and beak on two they are not the same color the one more solid color dark one is more of a reddish brown well they are all cute.. the one hen has 4 different colored chicks I think thats cool..

The father was not a pure barred rock, or maybe not even a barred rock at all. As for the breed of the chicks, I think they're a bit too young to venture anything but guesses, especially since they're mixed breeds.

You may never know with any certainty even after they feather out. The father could be the cross of a cross. I love mixes because they're so unique!

I love the cross breeds also just hope there are some hens in the group , its so fun to watch the buff hen with those 4 chicks following her around THE CHICKEN HUDDLE
