Barred Rock Roosters or Hens?

Hello everyone, I'm new here but have been reading for a long time. I need help sexing 2 Barred Rock chicks. I also have a beautiful Silkie cross Naked Neck that has feathers on her neck and feet and 5 toes. I have no idea how I would tell with her/him. They
are all 4 weeks old. Any help would be much appreciated!

I was thinking they were roosters because of the barring across the wings but I've never had this breed before. We put 5 day olds under our broody Wyandotte and I was beginning to think we had all boys. The other 2 are RIR x Isa Browns and I'm pretty sure one is a rooster as he's getting wattles. I'm in town so no roosters allowed.
