Barred rock show hen limping

Hey guys, fair is only 2 week away and I am entering my 2 barred rock hens together. I noticed that one of my hens was limping and laying down a lot. She is just barely limping enough to notice. I looked at her legs and they seemed fine... but on one of her feet in between the cracks of the middle part of her foot was black. Not sure what that is!! Thanks ya'll!

I agree with @Wyorp Rock, does sound like bumblefoot.
