Barred Rock with a Pea Comb???

My daughter's class hatched out some babies, supposed to be : Barred Rocks, White Leghorns, Ameraucanas, Polish and Rhode Island Reds. They came from the University. One of the ones we picked is a Barred Rock but when i got her home, I noticed she has a pea comb. Her feathering is coming in just like a normal Barred Rock, and every other feature for a Barred Rock is normal...except the comb!

It could be a sex-linked ameraucana/barred rock cross. In which case, it would be a cockerel.

Dominiques have rose combs.
