My hen recently started limping on left leg. Hock is slightly swollen and hot to the touch. She can still grip my fingers with her toes but she cant put weight on foot. I think she injured her hock. She is about 11 months old and is still eating and drinking. Any ideas? Can I give her low dose aspirin?

Yes you can give her a low dose aspirin, probably like a half one. You can stand her in Epsom salts and tap water, or wet a rag with it and wrap and hold it there for 5-10 minutes twice a day. Put her in a small area with a heat lamp for a few days or so.
