Barred rock

My parents and I ordered 26 chickens earlier this spring. We have 9 barred rocks. They are 12 weeks old. We have one thought that doesn't look like the rest. The others all have very dark lines, very black and white. But the one is like grey and white. Should I be concerned that she looks so much different?
