Yep, it's fine. Now, how soon would you think I could pick between these two cockerels? I'm leaning toward one already, but they're only just about to turn four weeks old and it may be just too soon.

Honestly, I think I will be making a choice much sooner than five months, due to space constraints.

I agree with Punky. It would take at least that long (or longer) to see the true type of the bird.

Boy, I would wait as long as possible. The tails take forever to come in and some especially the EB line it's hard to know which one will have true type. I have males that are almost a year old and they are finally filling out.
