Interesting. I don't trust TSC's labeling of Barred Rocks. The one by me has straight run BR's but they were feathering in as black sex links. The females were black sex-links and the males were barred.

How many of the chicks ended up being male? Because if they were truly barred rock/sex linked at least 2 of them should have been male.

Here is the lot of them one week ago. I think I have 2 or 3 boys and 3 or 4 girls depending. I'm still waiting for more feathers and head develoment. Btw the pix shows production red as well. Got those a week later.

Yup. 3 boys. The chicks I suspected to be male in the first pic are. Same with females.
The pullet in question is still a mystery to me

I'm thinking she may be a poor quality double silver laced barnevelder.

Her coloring is the opposite of this pattern, kinda weird......

Yeah i was thinking that too but was hoping for a 2 and 4 ratio. Oh well
