I think you mean BARRED

And no. Some will get a barred-like pattern on their chest but it will moly out when they get their adult feathers.
This is the barred pattern, it covers more of the body rather than just the chest. Most birds will be fully barred as juvies but it will molt out when they get their adult feathers. But I have some (that I've been working on for a few years now) that stay barred (mostly chest, belly and back)
