Bath or shower? You tell me.

I take showers most of the time,but love it when I take baths instead.

I split about half and half so I didn't vote. We remodeled one of our bathrooms and put in a really huge jaccuzi tub (at 50% off even since it had a scratch somewhere that we were never able to find). I LOVE that tub! It is so big that I can lay down fully in the water... just lovely! I do like showers too though, especially on really hot days when I keep the water cold.

When I was a kid, living in Southern Colo.... very dry...we only bathed, twice a week. With a family of 9, the hot water was limited, so you either ended up, bathing with a sibling, at least until the teen years, or you only used about 2-3 inches of water.... No fun, at all.
I, now, run a hot bath, every night, as full as the tub allows, and usually spend 20 minutes.... Longer, if I got some wine and music.

And that is really true a lot of times -

We mainly take showers. My dh and I take our showers together every night because I have to wash his back and he has to wash my hair.

I rarely take a bath but they are nice occasionaly.

Well I shower more frequently. So much so that I didn't mind purchasing a house that has a stall shower only.

However, I really miss bathing in the tub if I want to soak something (sore back, etc)
OR for shaving because it really is a pain to try to shave in a shower that is so small that you practically have to get out to have room to bend over.

So mostly I take showers, REALLY HOT (Like I crank the water heater up to 130-140*F in the wintertime just for my showers - DH can't stand it that hot)
But I do like occasional baths.
I didn't vote.

I love my showers.

But if I have the chills there's nothing better than reading a good book in a steaming hot bath. Ahhh....

I dont like to use the bath, I get too hot or too cold, never just right, and it takes too long and I dont feel clean afterward. Shower all the way.

It depends on what I have been into that particular day. Most days I am so nasty I do not want to sit in my filthy bath water LOL!!!!

When we installed our new bath tub, I made my husband stuff insulation all around the tub to hold the heat in better. Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
