Bator and thermostat reading wildly different

I test in a water bath using medical grade thermometer:

I also test my hygrometers.

How big of a difference is there between day 6 and 7? Kinda wanting to candle tonight, I have 3 more eggs to toss in if these aren't working out.

NVM, candled them at day 6/7. About to cry...

All three are developing, with plenty of clearly visible veins, a perfect sized air cell, and I could see a little dark blob I can't wait for day 14 to candle again!! I'll get pictures after my son heads to bed. Ahhhh!!

Candling is fun, wait until you see the little suckers move around in the eggs!
