Jake woke up and streched, he had just joined the pack, and was ready to meet the others, even though his dream was to start his own pack (Can he do that in the future?) He started to sniff around to try and find another dog.

Nia had just arrived back, a plump hare held firmly in her jaws. She released the hare in her den and trotted off towards the river for some refreshing water.

Omari's tail twitched with excitement, the sudden urge to jump around cheerfully grew stronger, but he held himself back. "Will you be my mate?"

Kala yipped happily,"Yes! I mean yes," she said more calmly.

Jake smeeled another dog, then started to run up to her/him, He shouted, "Hello there!" As he appreched, he realised it was a female.
(I'm sorry if Jake's not enough of an 'Africain' name, but it was the best I could think of, my brain freezes when thinking up names...)
