"haha thanks" Marzipan smiled. He walk after Zalika with a small limp in his left fore leg. Marzipan was already hurt enough and didn't need this.

Marzipan felt as if he had been walking for hours. Silence had now fallen between the two dogs.

An eerie silence had indeed washed over them; Zalika enjoyed the peace, though. Like she predicted, it took fifteen minutes to arrive at the densite. "We're here," she scanned the area briefly before trotting towards the alpha's den.

Marzipan halted immediately. A wave of smells hit him like a brick wall, he dropped to the ground in submission. "I-I-I'll stay here" Marzipan whispered uneasily.

Zalika came to a sharp halt and twisted her head back to stare at Marzipan. "Alrighty, suit yourself," she shrugged her doubts off and continued to make her way towards the den.

Marzipan moved up into a sitting position and waited patiently.
He heard a sudden rustling behind him causing the dog to spring into the air. A lizard...."wonderful" he said sarcastically as he looked around to make sure no one saw his foolishness.

Zalika paused when she noticed the alpha walking out of the dim den; his pups Badru and Sine weaving through his legs to dart out. "Uh, Salim, I have somebody I want to show you," she spoke in a more urgent manner.

Marzipan saw a large dog standing with Zalika. Was he the Alpha male? Maybe Zalika was Alpha female? He stared at the dog, feeling weak, tired and now nervous.
Salim shifted his attention towards Zalika, a small frown ran across his muzzle. "Who?" He furrowed his brows in utter confusion.

Marzipan saw a bad look on the dogs face, he wriggled back on his hind legs.
Zalika jogged towards Marzipan, motioning Salim to follow. "This is Marzipan," she came to a sharp halt and flicked her paw at the wild dog. "I assume he's looking for a pack to join."

Quote: "Hey," Astrid rolled over onto her back lazily.

Kofi reared back and dropped onto the ground, a small, muffled bark slithered through his teeth. "Well your rude and a bully," he said teasingly. Foluke sank down onto his haunches, chuckling softly.

Obi asked hopefully,"Will you take us hunting? I've always wanted too!" He could imagine himself right now bringing down prey or fighting a rival pack member.

Astrid poked her head outside to check on the pups before flicking her attention towards Sierra. "Taking care of my sister's pups and mine is a very hard job," she chuckled softly.

Kofi stared at Foluke, his head flattened towards the ground. "Hello," he lowered his voice into a faint whisper.
"Maybe when you get a little older," Foluke laughed quietly.

"Please!" he whined,"It's boring here. I want to see the territory and everything else in it and bring down prey of my own or even battle an enemy!" and he leaped at his uncle's paw playfully.
