Yeah it’s crazy high sugar. I don’t really eat it anymore anyway. I used to put it on eggs or fries but haven’t been eating either as much lately and also don’t really like it on eggs anymore anywayHave you checked the sugar content in catsup? No more for you.
With my numbers he’s probably right![]()
Notice it is no sugar added but they do not give the sugar content. It has sugar in it. They are being deceitful by not telling how much sugar it has. Oops my mistake it has 1 g of sugar per serving which is 1 tbsp.
I have also noticed sometimes the no sugar or no fat or whatever things have chemicals or salt or whatever other bad stuff to add flavors they took away. Though that one actually looks pretty good. But isn’t sucralose a sugar? Or at least sweetener? So how can they say no sugar added?Notice it is no sugar added but they do not give the sugar content. It has sugar in it. The no sugar added canned peaches that I showed have no sugar added but for a 1/2 cup serving size, it has 7g of sugar.
