Really, you should try a taco pizza. With a good salsa on top - the dish isn't right without it.

Against my will 1700s France can take BR any day of the week. There’s no bread bakeries, you can only have 3 hens in city limits (I ignored that one ), absolutely no fireworks at all, and I truly adore waking up to last night’s homicide count in the Advocate.

We got a Torchy’s here and I absolutely do not understand the fuss. Best options are local family places. We have a favorite called Jovi’s and they know my order by heart and start preparing it when they see my face

If you insist, you can modify the recipe, use a cast iron pan rubbed in pork fat, and make a deep dish taco pizza which has a resemblance to a tostada bowl.

Torchy's was made famous by the politicians slipping out of the capitol building to do deals out of the public eye, in the shadow of a food truck. Not for the quality of the overpriced food, but for the quality of the gossip - and now that its over run with people who have heard of it, the politicians go elsewhere.
